This Privacy Policy explains what information the Free Shipping Bar by Tiwaa app (“the App”, “we”, “us”) collects from Shopify merchants who install it, how it is used, and the choices you have. By installing or using the App, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Store information — your store’s myshopify.com domain, the install date.
• App settings — your bar messages, threshold amounts, announcements, countdown date, colours and where the bar shows.
• Session tokens — issued by Shopify so the App can connect to your store securely.

We do not collect, store or process any personal data of your customers. The bar reads the shopper's cart total directly from your store in their browser; nothing about the shopper is sent to us.

How we use information

• To show the bar you configure on your storefront.
• To save and load your settings inside the App.
• To provide support and to maintain, secure and improve the App.

Where information is stored

Data is hosted on Cloudflare (Pages and Workers) and on our application backend, and travels over encrypted HTTPS connections. We keep your settings for as long as the App is installed.

Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the App (Shopify and Cloudflare), and only as required to deliver the service or to comply with the law.

Retention and deletion

When you uninstall the App, Shopify revokes its access tokens, and your settings are deleted when Shopify sends its shop-redact request 48 hours later. You can ask us to delete your store’s data at any time at tiwaaofficial@gmail.com. We honour Shopify’s mandatory customer-data-request, customer-redact and shop-redact (GDPR) webhooks.
